Using an INNER JOIN to add rows to a database

I have 4 tables in my database. Users, events, locations and events_locations.
users – has the users table
events – has the events table
locations – has the locations table
events_locations – has the events_location table

I have to create a view that will hold the events that have been created from the events table and add each new event in the users table to the view. But to add to that I also need to do another INNER JOIN where it adds a row to the events_locations table which I have already created.
So I need to add the users to the events_locations table. But then I also need to add to the same row to the users table. So I am adding a row to the users table but also a row to the events_locations table.
This is how I tried to do it in MySQL:
