In this post I will explain how to download and install EmuleVista.

Installation of EmuleVista:

Download EmuleVista from the link below.

Run the installer and agree to the Terms and Conditions for install.

The main screen will tell you to click next.

Then go to EmuleVista folder and Right click it and go to the properties.

Go to the Change tab and go to the Compatibility Checker and select the VISTA option.

Make sure your system meets the requirements before continue further.

Exit and restart the computer.

After restarting the computer, go to the Windows Start and click on the ‘Search For Programs” and type:

“eMule” and hit the Enter key.

Select “eMule” and click the Install button.

Then click on “Next >”.

Then click on “Apply” and “Continue”.

Wait for the eMule to be installed.

You know you can change the logon screen’s resolution?! Personally I think it’s weird that it’s set as the highest resolution by default. You can change that though, theres a screen resolution editor that works in the “skin”. I’ve also noticed, with a few skins, that changing the resolution can improve performance somewhat. Just a thought.

You can download the games you like and play them with two clicks. You can’t get any better than this. It shows the icon of the game you like on the eMule list in the main window. You won’t need any other software to play the games. You only need eMule.

If you download something, it’ll be placed in Download Folder. You can always use Winrar to organize all your downloads. Winrar can also extract the contents of the ZIP file you download.

For a small price you’ll get yourself unlimited download speed. I find eMule’s speed sucks compared to other download applications. I can’t wait to see the real-time speed tests. The speed tests we see are usually taken from inside a certain internet cafe.

It’s been around for years and it’s still going strong. Quick and functional.
