I had a problem with the server where the software was hosted. I contacted the server provider and asked for immediate assistance. They replied that they don’t provide any kind of professional support and pointed me to the FileChecker forum.
It seems that I should do all the troubleshooting myself.
It was a bit difficult for me to handle this case.

In the future, I will try to have more higher level file monitoring tools to keep in touch with the activity on my files.
