– the windows behavior is different. the TImage / MapImage will move with
the windows, when you moved it with the mouse / moved the windows. the
TBitmap / TImage are static and will be the same if the windows is not
moved / will be the same if the TBitmap / TImage are not moved
– a TBitmap has a support for 16bpp. the MapImage, the TImage does not

TIconImage::
overall, the functionality of the IconImage is the same as the
ImageViewerTrayIcon: a TrayIcon with a TBitmap for the icon, a
TRegionView to handle the TrayIcon window moving behavior (and close
window events), a TIconImageView to handle the tray icon size,

The TIconImage will have two maps (HMap and VMap)

returns the index of the region on which the coordinate (x,y) is.
the x-coordinate is in the TIconImage-area, the y-coordinate is in

returns the region on which the index is.
