Associate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and secretarial support to client
  • Responsible to improve the work flow of office operation
  • Handle inbound / outbound calls for customers’ enquiries and problem solving
  • Assisting with billing and booking system operations, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Self-initiated, well-organized and responsible
  • Detail-minded, reliable and energetic person
  • Hard-working and eager to learn
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience, experience in clerical work, administration skills or customer service will be an advantage

Associate Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Grows business from existing customers to drive expansions and new sales into other territories..
  • Preparing quotes and proposals
  • Able to work independently
  • Meeting and anticipating client needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Self-initiated, well-organized and responsible
  • Hard-working and eager to learn
  • Degree holder in a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, experience in sales will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
