A black window will open with some progress information, and you will be notified when the download is complete.
Note that the download will take several hours.
If you need to stop the download, you can do so by pressing and holding the “stop” button on the back of the fob.
When you are done with the download, the fob will be fully charged.
When you have downloaded the security patch, you will need to install it.
This will take a little longer than a typical install.

The key thing is to realise that the right-click context menu is not the same as Windows-style right-click menus.
If you right click on the.exe, you are brought to the Windows Installer context menu. If you right click on the.exe/installer itself, you will get a different context menu:
