Perpetual Dream is a game about love and destiny. You play as the main character Taro, a man that has discovered he is a spiritual being. Taro has been trapped in a floating dream world and is now faced with the fact that he has been given one last chance to fulfil his destiny. To make the most of this opportunity, he must decide what he will be, a ghost or a man, and choose his lover, all before the veil is finally torn apart and he is forced to live his life on this world as an ordinary person.
As a spiritual being, Taro will be free to travel and explore the beautiful vision of Arfen which has been given to him by the gods. But be careful: he can only interact with the world in dream form, so he will need to pay close attention to detail if he is to correctly interpret his surroundings and his destiny!

The buildings, people and monsters you will find in cities are more varied than any other setting, and make for some of the most intriguing and powerful encounters. The sample game is based on an abandoned church in the heart of Berlin. Each dungeon includes a map with the location, and a dungeon entry that includes a history, description and the stat block of the creatures that inhabit the area.
