Input transformation in C# using Vector3

I need to transform some points from one coordinate system to another coordinate system.
For example, I have a Vector3:
Vector3 rotationOrigin = new Vector3(1, 2, 3);

And a Vector3:
Vector3 targetPoint = new Vector3(-2, -3, -4);

Then I have to transform this to get a new vector:
Vector3 transformPoint = Vector3.Transform(targetPoint, rotationOrigin);

What I’d like to do is to have a method like this:
Vector3 Transform(Vector3 transformOrigin, Vector3 targetPoint);

My problem is that I can’t find a simple method to use, which takes 2 vectors as parameters and returns me the new Vector3, which is the one I need.
